We produce high quality and generous organic wines. The varieties we use are Muscadelle, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pedro Ximenez, Muscat, Verdelho and Shiraz. These are all organically grown on our certified vineyard in the Swan Valley.

As part of our sustainable winemaking technique we do not use a chiller with CFC refrigerant to cold settle our wine. We store wine in oak casks and bottles underground in the cellar using the cool earth as nil energy storage.

At LedaSwan we intend to continue using corks as bottle stoppers as part of our Organic winemaking process. Cork is a  renewable resource.

We use low levels of natural sulphur dioxide gas (SO2) in our table wines while we use none at all in the making of our preservative free natural dessert wines.

We use recyclable glass bottles, minimal additions, ie no PVPP fining nor preservative salts are added and we use minimal or no filtering.
