SEAFOOD and SHIRAZ 2008 at THE SANDCASTLE ORGANIC RESTAURANT



SEAFOOD and SHIRAZ 2008 will be held on the weekend of Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July.

Meet food artisan Lachlan McKenzie at the Sandcastle when you dined there for a special event.

The menu is: ....... 

Two courses:

a}     Dumbleyung saltwater rainbow trout parfait, wilted kia lan and butter crisp sourdough loaf.

b}      Local premium white fillet fish, well seasoned rice and stuffed whole roasted beetroot, dill and lemon cream sauce

3rd Annual VEGAN WINE TASTING AND FOOD at LEDASWAN  

Due to popular demand the VEGAN FEAST and WINE TASTING is on again in 2008 - David from PAWS is bringing the PAWS food van to attend on Sunday JULY 6th at 1pm. Come and find out more about vegan food (Lunch for a donation) and philosophy plus vegan organic wine tasting on site at LEDASWAN. 

Make sure you RSVP to Craig :Cd39@eon.net.au by 30th of June in order to reserve your place at the winery.

 

SEVEN YEARS of SHIRAZ

We are holding our 7 years of Shiraz again. This year we thought it may be interesting to include a little bit of competiton ..... Bring if you will a bottle of pre 2001 Shiraz, (certified Organic is possible). It will be a great night to taste the back vintages. On the night we will be releasing for the first time, the 2004 Shiraz.

 Date: Friday evening the 18th July 2008. Register your interest in Seven Years of Shiraz by email now. Cost; free if you bring a bottle of organic Shiraz, $10 to newsletter recipients, $25 to all others.
