Made from certified organic (non-irrigated) grapes at LedaSwan. It has luscious, poached pears and cream flavours - this style is often called "cream".

This wine has been made without refrigeration used in the winemaking process.  It is lightly fortified with neutral spirit to 16%. A light and deliciously sweet white dessert wine.

Sugar - 5+ Beame

Fined with Organic Full Cream Milk and traces may remain.

pH 3.7

Proteins and tartrates may form a crust in the bottle, and may require decanting before serving.
